Day 10-90 Cheat day

Food:
  • Vegan grilled cheese with pickles 
  • Fage Greek yogurt with cherries
  • Pure protein bar
  • few french fries
  • couple beers
  • Whole wheat pasta with eggplant meatballs and sauce
Excercise:
  • Cycling- 5 miles
