Day 2-90
Food:
Honey nut cheerios with silk milk (Need to cut out the cereal too much sugar...)
Coffee with silk creamer
Oat Nut toast with peanut butter (2 slices)
Bowl of homemade Vegetarian chili
Carrots
Cup of soy milk
Banana
Need to eat more!! I will update later with more.
Exercise:
Na-da for today.
